Foster/Adopt/Volunteer

We have a Foster-Adopt program for dogs.  

 

Order of events:

1. Meet & Greet with dog.
2. Home/Yard Inspection
3. Courtesy Assist  Foster form & Foster Application 
4. Foster 3 weeks. Decide to adopt, complete Adoption Application & Adoption Contract. 
5. Pay Adoption Donation (vs fee so receive tax write-off).

* If dog is surrendered, owner completes the Courtesy Assist Owner form. 

 

NOTE: SDL is not taking nor pulling dogs. Any dogs accepted are on a case by case basis and must have a foster.

Cats and small exotics, only complete 
Adoption Application & Adoption Contract, and pay Adoption Donation. 

Volunteer: Complete Volunteer form.
